Standard Return Policy:

Return and Replacement within 7 days of purchase.

Grocery items are not returnable to Gofemi.

Items covered by the return policy must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date. Items should be unopened and same condition as we sent to you.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:

At Gofemi, we believe customer satisfaction is the major priority, if a customer wants to cancel the order please check the below scenarios:

Customer can cancel their order within with-in the same day of order and refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

For Cash on Delivery

  • There are no charges if the customer himself calls/emails us before shipping.
    • If the customer wants to cancel the order only on delivery, the customer has to bear AED 20 as shipment charge even if the product they order had free shipment.

For Payment via Credit Card

  • If the customer has requested to cancel the order before Shipping via Call / Email. We don’t charge the customer any extra amount, but if the credit card company charges for any transaction charges Gofemi or any of our team members directly or indirectly linked are not responsible for it.
  • If the customer has requested to cancel the order while delivering. We charge the customer AED 20 as a Shipment charge same is applied in case of free shipment orders, also if the credit card company charges for any transaction charges Gofemi or any of our team members directly or indirectly linked are not responsible for it.Note: Good once sold / Accepted can’t be considered in the above clauses.All warranty periods indicated are from gofemi.com, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by gofemi. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer’s limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Gofemi warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact Gofemi by phone or email to address the problem. Our technical support team will register you’re complaint and provide you a Service Request number which will be used for further services.

After receiving an SR number, you will be required to ship the defective item back to Gofemi with the SR number marked or labeled on the package. Also, include a copy of your invoice and any email correspondence you have had with our support staff. Gofemi recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as Gofemi does not warrant a physically damaged product. Gofemi does not accept packages sent to collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information and receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

Gofemi will not cover any shipping charges for any return/ products to be repaired. We request the buyer to drop off the product at our service center to claim a warranty or if the customer wishes to opt for pick up and drop off service, he will be charged AED 50/- (Fifty Dirham) for our pickup and drop services within UAE.

If the product is determined to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, you will be informed and when it will be ready will be shipped out as soon as possible or you have to come to our store to pick up when it will be ready for pick up and you will be informer by e-mail or phone.

For any defective products you will have to wait an estimated 2~6 weeks until Gofmei gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.
It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turnaround times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services.

Gofemi can help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, Gofemi will not cover shipping charges.

If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges.
Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.

Gofemi is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.
